Pieces assembly
The pieces to assembly are resting on a wide piece of wood called a "martyr". It is the one which will avoid the explosions. Parts are then shown solidarity with press or greenhouses-joints.
Before beginning the work, verify properly edge-to-edge completes of the assembly, because the slightest defect would return the assembly difficult intended.
Drilling
Do not make the drilling of several holes in a row. In a series of holes, begin with that of the middle, continue by 2 extremes and end with the intermediaries. If we make a non-uncorking assembly, with countersink screws, content itself with a small before hole of centring, but on the other hand, plan a reaming to accommodate the head of saw. This accommodation can be opened with a drill bit.
For a perfect work
When we drill one or several parts of rather strong thickness, chips risk to accumulate in the hole and to fill it. To avoid this boredom, take out the drilling machine or invert its sense of working, to kick away the opening.
If we have to drill simultaneously for assembly wood and metal, always organize the work towards the wood and not the opposite.
If in an assembly, one of the hole was to be oblique, prepare a size having the same angle, but half less long than the drill bit. Half of the hole will be realized by following the size. Then, this last one is removed and the drill bit follows without going astray, thanks to the primitive hole.
